The main features of the titanium casing heat exchanger

 

1.High heat transfer efficiency

As a result of the heat exchanger tube using a threaded tube, the tube flow channel cross-section continuously and abruptly, resulting in fluid even in the case of very low flow rate is always in a highly turbulent state, it is difficult to form laminar flow, so that the main thermal resistance to convective heat transfer is effectively overcome, heat transfer inside and outside the tube is strengthened at the same time, and thus the heat transfer coefficient is very high, generally 2 to 3 times for the traditional light tube heat exchanger.

2.Strong anti-scaling ability:

Because of the high turbulence of the fluid in the flow channel, so that the particles in the fluid is difficult to deposit scaling, even if there is a small amount of scale generated, due to the turbulent flow of media in and out of the tube, the tube wall scouring strong, strong anti-scaling ability. In addition, there is a threaded tube due to the temperature difference between the inner tube and the outer tube stress and strain, so that the curvature of the threaded tube with elastic characteristics of microscopic changes, so that the threaded tube heat exchanger has the ability to prevent and remove scale.

3.Strong stress compensation ability

Because of its structural shape and thin wall characteristics, the threaded tube has elastic characteristics of the curvature of the threaded tube when the temperature difference between the inner and outer tube stress is large, to compensate for and eliminate thermal stress, effectively preventing the traditional casing type heat exchanger tube is easy to be pulled apart and other phenomena.

4.Compact structure, both small and light

Due to the high heat transfer coefficient of the threaded tube heat exchanger, the required heat transfer area is small, and, the wall thickness of the threaded tube is thin, so the threaded tube heat exchanger is compact, both small and light.
